The six things every media kit needs
Brands scan a media kit in seconds — lead with your strongest numbers
Intro & niche
A line or two on who you are, what you make, and who it's for — the fastest way for a brand to see the fit.
Audience stats
Follower counts by platform, your engagement rate, and key demographics (age, location, gender split).
Best content
Three to five pieces of your strongest work, ideally with the results they drove.
Rates & packages
Your prices or package options, so brands can self-qualify before they reach out.
Past collaborations
A couple of brands you've worked with and any results — social proof does a lot of the selling.
Contact
How to reach you and your booking or rate-request link. Make the next step obvious.
A few things that make a media kit land
Keep it to one or two pages. A media kit is a hook, not a full account of your career, and a brand manager reviewing dozens of them will thank you for being scannable. Put your best numbers at the top, before anyone has to scroll.
Lead with engagement, not just reach. A strong engagement rate is often more persuasive than a big follower count, especially for smaller creators. And make sure your rates are on there or clearly requestable, so you filter out briefs that were never going to fit your budget.
Finally, keep it current. Update your stats every few months so you're never sending a brand numbers from six months ago. The easiest way to keep a media kit accurate is to have your real numbers in one place — which is exactly what Poppi Social gives you.
