You can try Poppi free for 60 days — no credit card needed. After that, it is US$15 a month, or US$9.99 a month billed annually as US$119.88. There's no free forever tier today, but everything you build during the trial sticks around when you upgrade.
Poppi's calendar is for planning, not posting. You can plan content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Poppi does not publish or schedule to those platforms. You post on each platform yourself, or with the scheduling tool you already use.
Yes. Every deliverable can be shared via a unique preview link. Reviewers can leave feedback, approve, or request changes from the link — no Poppi login required. Their responses flow back into the deal so everything stays tied together.
You can generate an invoice straight from a deal, download the PDF and send it yourself by email or DM, without any payment processor connected — most creators get paid by bank transfer and just mark the invoice paid when funds land.
Absolutely — most of our users do. You can add as many brands as you like, each with its own colour, contacts, deals, media, and invoice history. Filter anywhere in the app by brand to focus on one at a time.
Your data is stored on encrypted servers hosted in Australia. We use TLS in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. You can export your data at any time, and we don't sell or share it with third parties. Read our full privacy policy for the detail.
Yes. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing & Plan. No lock-in, no cancellation fee. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
You can export your revenue data as a CSV before cancelling, and we keep your account in a read-only state for 30 days in case you change your mind. After that, your data is permanently deleted from our systems.
